By submitting work to samarart.net, you agree to be bound by the following agreement with our site, together with its affiliates, owners, and other participating parties, as well as editors, administrators, and other employees  

If you are submitting on behalf of a team, you must designate one member with whom we will communicate. However, all Shareholders listed in the Enrollment Form will be bound by this Agreement. If you are not a legal adult in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must consent. By submitting a manga story, you represent that it is your or your work, that it has not been used or otherwise published elsewhere, and that it is not an imitation, parody of a previous work, or in any other way a copy of the current published work.

You acknowledge that the samarart.net committee will receive a large number of submissions, and you agree that nothing you submit will be returned. and that all of the information you submit (including your legal name) is correct.

If you win the contest, and without additional compensation, you agree that there will be no cash prize waiting for you, and that the prize will be "converting your contest story into a manga" i.e. "comics"   you grant our site the perpetual and exclusive right and global, and free of property rights, and subject to licensing and publishing permanently on the site, and that you will not object to publishing your story with us

 

We can do the following:

Editing, translating and publishing the manga shared with us via electronic media, whether on our website or through social media.

Editing, translating and distributing our joint manga, in magazines and other print media, including volumes or stand-alone books

Selling and publishing manga as an e-book or other electronic format

edit, translate, modify, publish, distribute, reproduce and use your subscribed manga, including any elements of the manga alone or in combination with other materials commercially or otherwise and in video, collaborative events* or any other media, provided the primary purpose is to promote your manga;

If you are awarded a prize, for any use of your Manga other than those set forth above, you also grant samarart.net without additional compensation, the exclusive right to enter into an agreement with you regarding business arrangements relating to such use under the Terms and Conditions. (This includes cases where you wish to use the submission in some way. You may not publish or otherwise use manga drawn by us for you without our consent.)

Regardless of whether or not you win the Contest, by submitting your manga story, you grant us, without compensation, the non-exclusive right to publish, use and modify your manga story, including displaying your manga online, publishing your name and age your country and other information you provide in connection with your work (if you want to publish a title instead of your name) you can tell us about it

If any of the following applies to your story submission, it will be disqualified:

Your story has already been submitted to another manga contest, or has already been published or used.

Your submission belongs to, or in some way infringes the rights/profits of or defames a third party.

Our website accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the downloading of any material from our website, or from the content of third party websites that may be linked to samarart   via a hypertext link. Our site reserves the right to cancel, amend or refuse to participate if fraud, technical failure, practical and commercial application, or any other factor is found.

This is a legal agreement that will be interpreted in accordance with the law. This Agreement may not be terminated, canceled or waived without a written communication signed by you, and there is no other agreement, written or otherwise, between us on the subject matter. Any dispute between you and any third party can only be resolved by discussion or by law.
