The first thing we will do is to draw a cross shape, the horizontal line is shorter than the vertical line
In the second step, we add additional lines, at the neck it should be shaped like a triangle, and at the bottom at the chest it should be shaped like a square.
In the third step, we draw a line from the shoulder to the middle line. We do this on both sides
Now that we have drawn the basic shape of the chest and neck, we move on to the next step, which is adding details.
We draw the neck from the top, heading downwards, and it is necessary to follow the previous shape, and in the middle of the chest, we draw the collar bones, which I have indicated with the yellow arrow.
Notice the red arrow, how it indicates that the neck is drawn slightly curved, instead of straight
We draw some internal lines, in order to add details and realism to the neck. They do not have to be perfect, it is enough to draw them quickly and nothing more.

Now, we will draw a person looking up, and see how we apply the steps together
We start by drawing the head first
We draw two parallel lines that form the shoulders.
And a dividing line in the middle
Then we draw a circle at the beginning of the dividing line, which “forms the neck.”
We draw a circle above the first circle, “behind the head,” which will be the starting place for the neck
Here we notice how we drew the neck in more detail
1 - A circle at the bottom “is the part of the neck that is adjacent to the shoulders” and a circle at the top is “the part of the neck that is adjacent to the head.”
2- We drew two lines on the side, which connect the neck to each other, and the intersection at the circle at the bottom will help us focus the neck better on the shoulders and chest. You can see what I mean in the picture on the left, where the neck rests completely on the shoulders. The lines are all consistent with the lines of the chest and shoulders.

After we have drawn the head in blue and the shoulders in green, we now draw the neck, where the red arrow points.

Red color: the complete shape of the neck, “in addition to the circle at the top adjacent to the head, and the circle at the bottom adjacent to the shoulders.”
Yellow color: It is the dividing intersection, which helps determine the direction of the character, and thus it is in line with the lines of the shoulders and chest.
Green color: is the upper part of the body

Once we have drawn the character on top of the sketch, it is necessary to walk on the same drawn lines, and the drawing will be absolutely perfect.
Some quick examples of each pose
Model 1: A character from a side view. We notice a slight curvature on both sides, and sometimes in males, the front part of the neck may protrude forward.
Model 2: From a front-side view, the neck is slightly straight, or towards the front, as the character here is doing his job.
Model 3: The young man looks up, so the neck is more visible to the viewer, and here we must pay more attention when we draw it.
It is important that we take into account the actions or positions of the characters we are drawing, when we draw the neck, from there it becomes clear to us what the position of the neck itself will be like.
