How to animate "Gon from hunter x hunter" using the bones

Hello everyone, today in this post, I will explain in detail how to move the hand of an anime character, or any character that you designed, using my favorite program, Toon_Boom_Harmony.

Download the software used from Here

Draw :

First, make sure that you draw the character first of all, if the character will be static during the shot, you can draw it in one layer only, and for the part that you want to move, draw it in a separate layer, and here since we will move the arm, I drew it with a special layer on it And the hand also painted it with a layer of its own.

Animation:

Now to my favorite part, which is animation, this time we will be using a tool called deformation, and this tool is an animation bone that helps us to move our characters without the need to draw from time to time. We press on the arm, then we "attach" the tool to the arm, starting from the armpit to the hand, not forgetting that the hand is still with a special layer, and here what do we do? We directly press on the hand and go to the right-hand list, and we do the following:

Layer properties → Depth → -1

This means that we have taken the hand back. "We only do this if the hand is ahead of the arm."

Then we go to the left menu, and click on the Transform tool, which is a tool that helps us in moving and animating, and back to the character and as we see the bones that we installed, we can start moving left and right, because the character is waving, and then we go to The bottom timeline, and we click on the bone layer, open it, and delay some frames a little, in order for the movement to be more flexible, and the black points that appear to you are the key frame, which is the place of the point at which the movement will start to end,

And we are over, and we save the video, and thus we have made the animation using the moving bones, I promise you more explanations, especially with regard to the bones, and whoever has an inquiry can please kindly

My greetings.
