Hello my friends, today I am very excited to explain how to dub your anime, in the animation program that I use, and how we do it in easy steps without effort, as in Japan they dub anime, before moving it, this is what I have been doing recently, as this will save us effort, whether for the engine, or the dubber, so let's find out how.
Programs mentioned in this article Here
Step-by-Step Guide: Dubbing Your Anime with Your Voice
When we open the animation program, we choose from the options “file” then “import”, and another list will appear, from which we choose “sound” which means sound.
It will open a window for your voiceovers, search for the sound you want to insert, which is specific to the scene you are animating, then click on it, then OK.
Now the sound will appear in the timeline, and the nice thing is that you can see the frequency of the sound and when the character stops talking "when the sound stops" and this is useful in the case of "lipsing" where we will close the character's mouth in the frames where the sound stops.
In order to listen to the sound, click on the blue speaker icon, as indicated in the picture

Here, we will click on the lips, in order to make them move according to the sound, and from the option shown in the timeline, we choose the option that allows us to show the mouth layer alone, and I have indicated it to you with the arrows
And it will show you the sound, and the lips layer alone
You see here in the picture, which are the lip movements, "1" when the lips are half open, and "2", when the lips are more open.
This is clearly shown in the picture below.
It is not necessary to match the spoken letters letter by letter, it is enough for the lips to be closed and open only
We repeat the process along the timeline, and the command is as follows:
lips closed
lips half open
lips are more open
lips closed
lips half open
lips are more open
Then we copy and paste the frame from the beginning "lips closed" and copy it to the end of the frame, after "lips open more", the place indicated by the red arrow.
I drew the lips in advance in the program, and added them to the library, so that I do not need to draw them every time. Just move the arrow from the lips library, to get various drawings of the mouth.
Here on the right, you can see the lips are rounded, and the second one is smiling, you can add it to the speech movement as well, this is optional
These are examples of what the character looks like with different lip movements.
Pay attention here a little, when we notice that the sound has ended in these frames, we will add the mouth closed, along the timeline, and the anime character resumes talking when the sound continues.
When the character continues to speak, we copy the frames of the lips as they move, and paste them into the frames where the sound appears.
You can move the audio from one place to another in the timeline, and you can delete any part of it, just select it and press the "Delete" button.
