Hello, today I am going to share with you some tricks that I use to convert any 3D model into a wonderful anime drawing, which is a unique way to convert any image you want into an anime drawing without the need to get tired of drawing and wasting time drawing backgrounds.
Especially since the anime and manga backgrounds are full of many details, and we do not have enough time or the ability to draw with such accuracy, and today I will explain to you how to do that, so let's go.
Download the software used from Here
1
First, when we open the Clip Studio program, we insert the format that we want, and today I chose a house that comes with the program for free.
And I will easily drag it onto the drawing board
2
Here is the neighborhood, and it consists of several different houses, you can choose one of them to be the home of the anime or manga character that you are drawing
Just rotate the figures until you see the right house
3
From here, I chose this house, after I circled the neighborhood, through these options that appear on the screen. I have colored them for you in red.
4
Now I'm doing "Zoom In" for the house I chose, and as you can see, there is a shadow on the house, I can control it through that option that I marked in red
Choose the shade and light ratio as you like
5
I chose the shading to be light, because I want the scene to be in the morning
6
And now to the fun part!
We click on the layer that we added the house to, press the right button of the mouse, and then choose the option shown in the image below.
Convert lines and tones
7
These settings will appear to us, you can modify them, or keep them as I did
8
And here it is, our house has been transformed from a 3D model, to a drawing, ready to be colored!
The first thing we will do is we will click on the first layer of the drawing, and then from the right menu we will convert it to a grayscale drawing.
Because fonts are now vector and adjustable, we can now adjust the thickness of the ink, which is special!
9
Instead of color from scratch, we will get rid of the white color that appears to us "when we turned the house into a drawing" and underneath it shows the 3D house
Then we go to the following options:
Layer > New correction layer(J) > Hue/Saturation /Luminosity
10
The procedure that we did in stage 9 enables us to keep the original color of the house and modify it slightly, to resemble the style of the anime, and this is evident in the picture
When you're done, add any effects to your drawing, like
sparkles, or sunshine like I did.And some backgrounds like the sky, or trees
And this is how the final result of the image will be. We can do the same thing for any other image, and I will show you that in the next lessons, in the safety of God.
